Google Ads Specialist

As a Google AdWords Specialist, your role will involve end-to-end campaign management, including ideation, execution, monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing campaign performance to generate results. You should have experience in handling Ads campaigns and be proficient in managing Paid Campaigns on Google Adwords, Search, Display, e-commerce, and shopping ads. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication - Providing prompt and efficient service to Customers and Account Managers, including appropriate escalation of Customers" issues - Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company positively and managing sensitive issues effectively - Demonstrating excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures - Contributing to a positive team environment and proactively aiding team members with difficult contacts as needed - Maintaining acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance - Taking direct responsibility for campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization, and analysis for all assigned SEM Accounts Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Setting up Goals, Funnels, Ecommerce tracking in Google Analytics - Making changes to existing PPC campaigns and providing strategic guidance for improvement of bidding strategy, budget ideas, and performance metrics - Achieving maximum ROI in paid campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights - Sharing Strategic Insights by analyzing ongoing campaigns to optimize ROI Experience in Google Ads for at least 1 year is preferred for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to work from the office in Gurgaon, Haryana, during day shifts. Relocating or commuting to the office is preferred.,
