Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, implement, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and hands-on experience with Google Ads to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping & App campaigns)
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
• Analyze performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
• Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and improvement
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEM, keyword planning, and bidding strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance metrics
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns effectively
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Google Ads Certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
