Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with 2 to 7 years of hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing high-performance paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering consistent results across Google Ads platforms.

 This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

1 Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.

2 Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

3Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, ad copies, and budgets to maximize ROI.

4Track conversions and performance metrics using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

5 Perform regular testing and optimization to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency. 6Prepare clear performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

7Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 2–7 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

2. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking.

3. Solid analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.

4. Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently.

5. Excellent attention to detail and accountability for performance outcomes.
