Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Write and optimize ad copy for maximum CTR and conversions
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
• Optimize bids, targeting, audiences, and creatives
• Implement conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Quality Score)
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts
• Google Ads Search Certification (preferred)
• Strong understanding of PPC principles and bidding strategies
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
• Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Optmyzr
