Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and SEO to generate quality leads and drive sales. The candidate should be skilled in paid campaign setup, optimization, conversion tracking, and basic SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

2. Execute and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation and sales

3. Develop high-converting ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies

4. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing

5. Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates

6. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking

7. Implement retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based ad strategies

8. Must have knowledge to create AI videos and posters.

9. Generate performance reports and provide optimization insights

10. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid advertising

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
