Location: Noida Duration: 3 Months Type: Internship (Unpaid) We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns to join our team for the summer. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource and support client projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing for client roles Support HR documentation, audits, and policy creation Contribute to employee engagement and L&D initiatives Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance standards Participate in client calls and internal strategy discussions Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR Strong communication, organization, and research skills Interest in multi-industry HR exposure Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
