Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and be comfortable working in a dynamic hospital environment across rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with the prescribed treatment plan
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and overall condition
• Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in patient care areas
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution

• Experience:

Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (2 years preferred)

• Must be able to work across rotational shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
