Google Ads Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI, drive quality traffic, and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, and overall ROI.
• Write compelling ad copies and ensure proper ad extensions are in place.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.
• Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
• Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, or Video) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Excellent understanding of keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Strong copywriting and A/B testing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other PPC platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
• Agency or multi-account management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
