Google Ads Specialist

As a member of Tradebuilder Inc, a leading marketing, technology, and design services company, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and managing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and maximize ROAS. - Hands-on management of Google PPC accounts to ensure optimal performance. - Staying up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends, industry best practices, and consumer behavior insights. - Monitoring campaign performance, KPIs, and budgets continuously to optimize individual campaigns for improved ROAS and CAC. - Collaborating with content and design teams to align creatives and landing page messaging for impactful campaigns. - Working closely with relevant teams to identify opportunities for funnel conversion improvement and implementing new ideas and initiatives. - Utilizing Google Analytics and other relevant tools to analyze campaign performance and guide future strategies and decision-making. - Keeping clients informed about campaign schedules, modifications, and outcomes to maintain transparency. - Generating regular reports on campaign performance and presenting insights and recommendations for campaign improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2 years of experience in executing result-driven PPC campaigns. - Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including Content, Design, and Sales. - Experience in campaigns, channel analysis, and reporting, preferably with Google Analytics and Search Console. - Ability to handle Analytics by leveraging data, metrics, and consumer trends to develop insights and recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
