Groomit for Pets LLC, USA is a leading online marketplace that connects pet parents with professional pet groomers. Our platform enables easy appointment booking through our website and mobile app. We manage the technology and operations while our network of contracted groomers delivers high-quality grooming services at the customer's doorstep.


Role Overview:

 

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Relationship Manager passionate about customer success and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent English communication skills. You will be responsible for onboarding new groomers, maintaining strong relationships with contracted groomers and pet parents, and resolving operational queries to ensure smooth service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive groomer acquisition by screening and onboarding applicants from Indeed, website leads, and other platforms.
  • Conduct sales calls and follow-ups to convert interested groomers into active partners.
  • Assist pet parents with inquiries related to appointments, pricing, or service guidance.
  • Act as a relationship manager for contracted groomers, providing support and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor grooming service quality and groomer compliance with platform standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
  • Proactively communicate promotions, policy updates, and training materials to groomers.
  • Collect feedback from groomers and customers to improve the overall platform experience.


Requirements:

 

  • Proven 2+ years' experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over calls and follow a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable handling calls, CRM tools, and basic tech platforms.
  • Prior experience in marketplace platforms, the pet industry, or service onboarding is a plus.
  • Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Knowledge of US geography is a plus.
