Google Ads Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:

   Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Remarketing.

• Budget Pacing:

   Manage and allocate a $100K/month ad budget for maximum ROI.

• Optimization & Testing:

   Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages; implement bid strategies to meet CPA targets.

• Technical Implementation:

   Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager, Ads scripts, and conversion tracking.

• Reporting & Insights:

   Generate regular performance reports; analyze CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates; present findings and recommendations to the CEO.

• Strategy Development:

   Lead keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to drive scalable growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   Work with design, content, and product teams to develop high-impact ad assets and landing pages.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads ecosystem: Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Remarketing.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Ads scripts, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and related tools.
• Google Ads certifications (Search and Display minimum).
• Demonstrated ability to meet CPA targets and optimize large-scale budgets.

Education
