We’re Hiring - Google Ads Expert (Full-Time, In-Office)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad

🕒 Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Onsite

💰 Salary: Upto 8 LPA

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage and scale Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for global clients

- Setup advanced conversion tracking, optimize bidding, improve ROAS

- Conduct ongoing A/B testing, audience research, and creative experiments

- Identify CRO gaps and collaborate with the design team to fix drop-offs

- Own client dashboards, reports, and insights with full accountability

- Work in tandem with CRM & email teams to align ads with backend workflows

- Stay on top of algorithm changes, tools, and technical strategies

✅ Must-Haves

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search & Shopping mastery)

- Experience managing international clients and USD ad budgets

- Solid understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques

- Comfortable using CRMs (like HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.)

- Meta Ads experience is a strong bonus

- Strong analytical and communication skills, you must speak data and strategy fluently

- Highly proactive - you don’t wait for instructions, you spot problems and fix them
