We’re Hiring – Jr Performance Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, In-Office)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad

🕒 Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Onsite

💰 Salary: Upto ₹3,00,000 LPA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run and manage Google Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns for clients
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments
• Optimize ads for objectives like clicks, conversions, ROAS, and more
• Prepare performance reports for internal reviews
• Collaborate with senior specialists to improve and learn best campaign practices

✅ Must-Haves:

• Fresh graduate, intern, or up to 1 year of hands-on digital/online marketing experience
• Available to work onsite in Ahmedabad, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6:30 PM
• Quick learner interested in building a career in performance marketing
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Basic experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus (internships, personal, or academic work welcome)
• Google/Meta Ads Experience is a bonus
