Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads Executive located in New Delhi. The Google Ads Executive will manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, campaign creation, ad copywriting, performance tracking, and reporting. The role involves closely monitoring budgets, analyzing data to improve campaign performance, and staying updated with industry trends.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to ensure campaign success.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) with data-driven strategies.
  • Create ad copies and run A/B tests to maximize conversions.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective ad spends.
  • Prepare performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.
  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for assigned clients, addressing queries and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to align campaign goals with client expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and policies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for

    client interactions

  • Ability to explain technical campaign insights in simple, client-friendly language.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
