We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to join our product team. You will be responsible for building our web applications along with being a team player. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Ads Manager to manage, sell, and optimize advertising inventory across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee ad operations end-to-end from managing the Google Ad Manager (GAM) account to liaising with agencies and direct clients for ad sales, ensuring maximum inventory utilization and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor ad inventory across digital platforms.
• Plan and allocate ad slots to optimize fill rates and revenue.
• Track and report on available and sold inventory.
• Sell inventory slots to brands, agencies, and private advertisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and direct clients.
• Pitch advertising opportunities, negotiate rates, and close deals.
• Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns via Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Ensure timely campaign delivery and adherence to targeting and creative specifications.
• Troubleshoot ad delivery issues and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure creatives meet platform standards.
• Coordinate with finance for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and industry benchmarks.
• Identify new monetization opportunities and suggest innovative ad formats or partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ad sales, digital marketing, or media operations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Strong understanding of digital ad formats (display, video, native, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance tracking tools.
• Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in programmatic ad sales or PMP deals.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance insights.
• Understanding of brand safety & view-ability.
