Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services using Go.
• Implement robust, scalable, and secure microservices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize performance for streaming, networking, and server-side applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Golang implementation skills.
• Solid understanding of design principles and software architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux OS (memory, instruction processing, filesystem, system daemons).
• Proficiency with Linux command line and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with servers (nginx, apache), proxy servers, and load balancing.
• Strong grasp of service-based architecture and microservices.
• Knowledge of AV codecs, MpegTS, and adaptive streaming protocols (DASH, HLS).
• Good understanding of computer networking concepts.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Git or other source code management tools.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of Core Java and Python.
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with API or video streaming performance testing.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK Stack).
• Proficiency in a modern web front-end framework (e.g., React.js).
• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
