We are seeking a skilled and motivated Golang Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building high-performance backend services, APIs, and scalable systems, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Go (Golang)
Write clean, efficient, and testable code
Build RESTful and/or gRPC APIs to support web and mobile applications
Optimize performance and scalability of backend services
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineers
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
Implement best practices in system architecture, coding, and testing
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in backend development using Golang
Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels
Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience with Docker, and knowledge of containerized application development
Version control experience using Git
Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
