Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, the ability to deliver high-quality code, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex web applications using React.js.
• Create reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and designers, to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback for improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and mentor junior developers when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Basic understanding of server-side rendering (Next.js) and static site generation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
