ReactJS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and its core principles.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and display data.
• Manage application state effectively using libraries such as Redux or the Context API.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of their designs.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in React.js and front-end development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM/Yarn.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools, particularly Git.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Desired Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern front-end testing frameworks and libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with CSS pre-processors like Sass or LESS.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal portfolio of projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
