Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop scalable backend systems using

  Golang

  (preferred)
• Build and maintain APIs to support complex workflows and automation
  
• Design efficient database schemas for multi-stage pipelines and business processes
  
• Develop integrations with third-party platforms such as job boards, calendar systems, email tools, and document-processing services
  
• Collaborate with frontend teams using

  React

  ,

  Vue.js

  , or

  Angular

• Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making
  
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  
• Follow modern development practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD
  
• Work closely with product, QA, and cross-functional teams
  

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-stack development experience with the ability to build systems independently
  
• Strong backend expertise in

  Golang

  (preferred);

  Node.js

  or

  Python

  also acceptable
• Solid frontend experience with

  React

  (preferred),

  Vue.js

  , or

  Angular

• Prior experience working on

  ATS, HR Tech, or Recruiting platforms

• Good understanding of recruiting workflows such as candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and hiring processes
  
• Strong experience in

  database design

  and

  API development

• Hands-on experience integrating external systems (job boards, calendars, email platforms)
  
• Exposure to resume parsing or document-processing solutions is a strong plus
  
• Experience working with

  cloud platforms

  such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Remote Collaboration Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones
  
• Comfortable with asynchronous communication and documentation-first workflows
