Job Description

Golang Developer

You will work closely with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with microservices, API development, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services using
Golang
.
Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with frontend teams to define and implement efficient data contracts and interfaces.
Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability and scalability.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and onboarding materials.
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups), and troubleshooting production issues.
Support L2/L3 application support initiatives, including root cause analysis and incident resolution.
Engage in bug reproduction, regression testing, and test automation efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience
in Golang development.
Strong understanding of
concurrent programming, memory management, and performance tuning
in Go.
Proficiency in building
RESTful APIs
,
microservices
, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with
Docker
,
Kubernetes
, and container orchestration.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP preferred).
Knowledge of
database systems
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
Experience with
testing frameworks
(e.g., testing, testify) and writing unit/integration tests.
Understanding of
DevOps practices
, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
