We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our products through thorough testing strategies and continuous feedback to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases (manual and automated)
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UI testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
• Write and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Postman
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards
• Ensure product quality across different devices, browsers, and platforms

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in software QA (manual and automation)
• Proficient in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit)
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages for test automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and bug life cycle
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust
• Knowledge of database testing (SQL queries, data validation)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
