About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Blockchain Developer with hands-on experience in Solana and EVM-compatible chains (like Ethereum, Polygon, BSC). The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and supporting infrastructure for Web3 products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Solana (Rust) and EVM-based blockchains (Solidity)
• Build and maintain backend services that interact with blockchain networks
• Optimize and audit smart contracts for gas efficiency, security, and performance
• Integrate Web3 components into front-end applications (working with front-end teams)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Web3 development
• Work with wallets, on-chain data, and third-party services like oracles, indexers, and RPC providers

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in blockchain development
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and understanding of EVM internals
• Hands-on experience with Solana development using Rust and Anchor
• Familiarity with tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Anchor Framework
• Good understanding of smart contract security, common vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, overflows), and mitigation techniques
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend development in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar
• Experience integrating with Web3 libraries like ethers.js, web3.js, or @solana/web3.js
• Familiarity with wallets (e.g., Metamask, Phantom), token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL)
• Version control using Git

Nice to Have:

• Experience with L2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum)
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, DAOs, NFTs, or GameFi
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure (nodes, RPCs, indexers)
• Contribution to open-source projects or personal Web3 projects
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
