Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents while meeting operational goals and adhering to relevant regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: Inventory Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the accurate tracking and control of inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing storage costs. Shipping and Receiving: You will coordinate the timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods, manage logistics, and ensure proper documentation. Warehouse Operations: You will manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring efficient space utilization, and optimizing workflows. Team Leadership: You will lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Safety and Security: You will maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and implement security measures. Budgeting and Financial Management: You will prepare and manage the warehouse budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Communication and Collaboration: You will communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Data Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze warehouse performance data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: - Leadership and Management: Experience in leading and managing teams, motivating employees, and fostering a positive work environment. - Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory systems, conducting stock audits, and ensuring accurate inventory records. - Logistics and Supply Chain: Understanding of logistics principles, supply chain management, and shipping and receiving procedures. - Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, implement solutions, and improve efficiency. - Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with staff, suppliers, and customers. - Safety and Security: Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. - Technology: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and other relevant technologies. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and the work location is in person.,
