Responsibilities: Handle daily dispatch and receiving of event stock, materials, and returns. Supervise loading and unloading of trucks. Maintain stock records for all bar material, glassware, and setup equipment. Prepare dispatch lists and cross-check quantities before vehicle departure. Update inventory sheets (physical and Google Sheets) daily. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the godown. Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and site team for event-wise dispatch. Track shortages, damages, and missing items after events. Keep a record of driver schedules and vehicle movement. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years experience in warehouse/godown or dispatch handling. Must have a two-wheeler vehicle bike Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets preferred. Physically active, responsible, and organized. Must be comfortable traveling daily to Jaunapur/Chattarpur. Should be trustworthy and punctual.
