Job Description

The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes across multiple projects. This role involves maintaining proper documentation, tracking project progress, following up with internal teams, and ensuring all process steps are completed on time and as per standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor daily tasks and update project progress reports. Maintain accurate records, reports, and process documentation. Follow up with concerned team members to ensure timely task completion. Support in data collection, form submissions, and internal reporting. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking process milestones. Ensure adherence to company SOPs and workflow systems (Google Sheets / PMS / FMS etc.). Review process steps regularly and suggest improvements where needed. Communicate updates and instructions clearly to the concerned teams. Required : Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good communication (written & verbal). BASIC MS Office Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 1–2 years of experience.
