Process Coordinator

Punjab (Preferably Chandigarh)/ Remote


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Process Coordinator to streamline our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between departments, ensuring workflows run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and projects remain on schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Workflow Management & Optimization:

  • Track, manage, and improve daily operational workflows
  • Ensure processes follow defined standards and timelines
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable process improvements
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between departments


Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Act as the central communication point between internal teams
  • Facilitate clarity, timely responses, and minimal delays
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across the organization


Process Improvement:

  • Analyse existing procedures and recommend efficiency enhancements
  • Support automation, standardization, and productivity initiatives
  • Reduce cycle time and operational errors through systematic improvements


Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain updated SOPs, trackers, and process documents
  • Prepare regular process performance reports
  • Ensure audit readiness and documentation accuracy


Project Tracking:

  • Monitor project deliverables, deadlines, and progress
  • Escalate risks and delays proactively
  • Support project owners with tracking and coordination


Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance requirements
  • Monitor process consistency and identify deviations
  • Implement and follow corrective action plans



Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, PMO, or similar roles
  • Experience in process improvement or workflow optimization is an advantage
