Job Description

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be managing incoming calls to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively. You will be required to build strong relationships with customers by establishing rapport and fostering relationships with existing clients. Gathering information from customers about their needs and preferences will also be a crucial part of your role. In addition, you will need to document conversations by taking detailed notes and creating reports based on the information gathered from customers. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling will be essential in providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is a morning shift, and there are additional incentives such as performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam and English is preferred for this role. The work location will be in person, providing you with the opportunity to interact directly with customers and provide high-quality service.,
