Job Description

Listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints and returns. Giving detailed explanations of services or products. Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to higher management when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets.
