Job Summary

The GM-Solutions & BD role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 13 years of experience in business operations analysis and planning. The ideal candidate will excel in hybrid work environments and rotational shifts contributing to strategic growth and operational excellence. Proficiency in English is essential and domain expertise in finance governance and insurance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of business strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Oversee business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysis and planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and governance standards.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential business risks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to achieve common goals.
Monitor and report on business performance metrics to senior management.
Support the finance team in budgeting and financial planning activities.
Utilize domain expertise in finance governance and insurance to inform decision-making. Qualifications
Possess strong analytical skills with experience in business operations and planning.
Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication.
Exhibit knowledge in finance accounting and risk management as a nice-to-have skill.
Show experience in governance risk and compliance as an added advantage.
Display understanding of life and annuities insurance to enhance business insights.
Preferred relevant Experience range-12-20 yrs
