Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Lead and grow Digital Building IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) sales, including Building Automation, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, and CCTV Surveillance across the North and West regions.
  • Identify, develop, and convert key opportunities in targeted verticals: Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Data Centers, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, and IT/ITES.
  • Prepare and execute a strategic business plan aligned with high-resilience, high-growth sectors to achieve regional targets.
  • Drive account-based selling strategies, focusing on saturation and growth of key accounts through tailored, value-added solutions.

Engagement & Prescription Management

  • Develop strong coordination with segment leaders, prescription teams, and internal stakeholders to create high-quality demand and project pipelines.
  • Build relationships with consultants, PMCs, MEP contractors, fit-out contractors, general contractors, architects, and end-users to position and promote system solutions effectively.

Sales Enablement & Solution Presentation

  • Deliver impactful sales presentations highlighting the technical and commercial value proposition of offered solutions.
  • Collaborate with the estimation and solution design teams to ensure accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing and bid responses.
  • Contribute to RFPs and tenders by providing precise technical inputs and aligning proposals with customer expectations.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead tender and contract negotiations including legal, financial, and commercial terms, securing approvals as per company policies.
  • Ensure successful execution of the sales cycle by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product portfolio.

Internal Collaboration & Project Transition

  • Work closely with project delivery and services teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to execution.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to secure orders for new system installations and modernization projects.

Market & Industry Intelligence

  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, competitor insights, and customer needs to drive strategic positioning and future readiness.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to enhance business growth.
