Role overview

The GM of Marketing and Sales will be responsible for planning, developing, and directing the company's sales and marketing functions to achieve business objectives.   • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining key customer relationships, implementing strategies for retention and acquisition, overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives, and monitoring feedback.
  • Financial Management: Developing and managing the sales and marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources and maximize ROI.
