This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Process: RBL SOTC MMT Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing solutions effectively. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant information. Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the process and related services to provide accurate information to customers. Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all customer interactions. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and via email Skills and Abilities : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns Familiarity with customer service software and databases Proficiency with basic computer programs like word processing and spreadsheets Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment Interview Process: Face-to-face interviews will be conducted. The salary offered may vary based on the quality of the interview.
