Job Description

We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive our global hiring efforts and manage a high\-performing, geographically distributed TA team.
This role will be based in a strategic global hub and will report directly to the Global HR Leader . The ideal candidate will balance hands\-on recruitment with strategic leadership\\u2014ensuring the team meets its daily hiring goals, maintains a high\-quality candidate experience, and builds scalable hiring processes aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the global Talent Acquisition team to achieve daily sourcing and hiring targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Work closely with the Global HR Leader to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning, organizational priorities & employer branding.

Ensure clear prioritization of open positions based on business needs, hiring urgency, and function\-level requirements.

Monitor and track every stage of the recruitment funnel \\u2014 from sourcing to preboarding \\u2014 ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and quality of hire.

Oversee end\-to\-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across regions including APAC, NORAM & LATAM.

Ensure all team members are effectively using ATS platforms and maintaining up\-to\-date candidate pipelines.

Utilize and optimize global job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Global, Seek, JobStreet, Naukri, Kalibrr, etc.) to source top talent across regions.

Review job advertisements and sourcing content to ensure market relevance and brand consistency.

Analyze recruitment data to drive decisions, evaluate team performance, and report KPIs (time\-to\-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, source performance, etc.).

Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and smooth communication at every stage.

Manage external partnerships \\u2014 agencies, RPOs, job portals, and sourcing vendors \\u2014 to strengthen global reach and talent pipelines.

Continuously improve global recruitment processes, playbooks, and communication frameworks to support scale and consistency.

Support and promote YCS\\u2019s employer branding through global campaigns, candidate experience, and storytelling initiatives.

Education & Experience:

5-10 years of full\-cycle recruitment experience, including 2\\u20133 years in a team leadership or regional\/global TA management role .

Experience hiring across multiple countries (APAC, EMEA, or Americas) in a SaaS, technology, or high\-growth startup environment .

Proven success in managing KPIs, performance dashboards, and team productivity.

Deep familiarity with global job boards, sourcing tools, and social recruitment platforms.

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across time zones.

Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing trends, and remote hiring practices.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience leading global or cross\-regional TA functions in a technology or hospitality\-tech organization.

Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data\-driven hiring strategies.

Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is an advantage.

Strong analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting recruitment metrics and dashboards.
