Global TA PMO

As a highly organized and strategic Talent Acquisition PMO at KPMG Delivery Network (KDN), your role will involve being the central point of contact for various aspects of the global TA function. You should have experience working as HR/TA PMO, possess strong program management skills, and demonstrate a passion for process improvement to ensure consistency and efficiency across global TA operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to global and local recruitment policies, processes, and regulatory requirements. - Monitor audit readiness and provide support for internal/external audits related to TA. - Maintain documentation and reporting standards across different regions. - Track strategic TA initiatives and transformation projects. - Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports. - Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and platforms. - Conduct annual vendor performance assessments and support onboarding of new vendors and tools. - Identify opportunities for recruitment process optimization and standardization. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and stakeholder feedback. - Develop and maintain recruitment handbook, SOPs, policies, and best practice guides. - Serve as the system administrator for TA tools such as the ATS. - Manage system configurations, user access, and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams for upgrades, integrations, and data integrity. - Act as the primary point of contact for centralized global TA operations. - Ensure alignment across geographies and facilitate communication between regional TA teams. - Support global reporting, analytics, and operational reviews. This role will require you to excel in managing compliance, governance, strategic projects, recruitment vendor relationships, process excellence, system administration, and global coordination.
