As a Sales Representative at our company, your role will involve handling sales inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products or services effectively, and educating customers on features, benefits, and pricing. Utilizing persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and collaborating with other departments for a seamless customer experience will be essential. Your performance will be measured based on meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your qualifications should ideally include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Basic understanding of sales principles, excellent time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in using CRM software are preferred. As a proactive and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, you should be able to handle objections, resolve customer complaints diplomatically, and stay updated on industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Flexibility to work outside regular hours may be required, but prior experience is not necessary as long as you are willing to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
