Job Description

Note- This is an onsite US shift role, office is in Gurgaon sec 61


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Contact residents via phone to promote and sell Amenify's services.
  • Retention Strategy: Engage with existing clients to understand their needs, resolve any issues, and offer tailored service solutions.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services based on customer preferences and history.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with residents, ensuring high satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback on our services to help improve offerings and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Follow-up: Monitor customer accounts, follow up on service renewals, and encourage repeat usage.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar retention-focused role.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate with clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software is a plus.
