Job Description

Role Overview: As a Product Manager Urology in Mumbai (Andheri E), you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of urology-related medical devices. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic product plans, guiding new product development, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product positioning and performance in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic product plans for the urology portfolio including stents, catheters, ureteroscopes, Holmium laser, TFL, etc. - Define product roadmap based on market trends, voice of customer (VOC), and clinical needs. - Conduct SWOT analysis and competitive benchmarking for product portfolio decisions. - Work closely with R&D and clinical teams to guide new product development. - Lead product launch planning including KOL engagement, training, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and promotional materials. - Design and implement marketing campaigns, CME activities, workshops, and events to build brand awareness. - Provide product and clinical training to internal sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals. - Gather insights from the field regarding customer needs, product performance, and competitor activity. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred. - 5-10 years of experience in the medical device or Pharma industry, preferably from Urology or Gastro and Laparoscopic background. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. - Willingness to travel (30-50%) domestically.,
