Collaboration will be vital for reaching yourobjectives. You will work closely withthe Regionalteam,R&D,Engineering,Sales,QualityandSCMto steer the offering through every stage of its lifecycle - from concept to launch, from enhancements to phase-out. As part of a global transition to a new platform, you will ensure regions receive the right support,alignrequirements, manage expectations, and keep communication transparent.

Your role will shape how the product is presented and delivered to the world.You'llpreparego-to-market materials, support customer interactions, ensureaccurateproduct training, and keep stakeholders informed about roadmap updates, market insights, and performance. You will be a trusted influencer who connects technical skills with market reality.

To thrive here, you bring auniversity degree in electrical engineering(or similar) andexperience in the power generation industry- both essential to evaluate requirements, understand customer applications, and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders. You enjoy navigating complexity, making data-based decisions, andrepresentinga product vision across diverse teams.
