Job Description

As a Product Manager at Siemens Smart Infrastructure Division, your role will involve managing SINOVA Contactors / Overload Relays and MPCB within the Electrical Products business unit. Your responsibilities will include: - Being accountable for Sales, Margins & Profitability of SINOVA Contactors / Overload Relays and MPCB - Developing and managing product roadmaps - Launching new products and managing their lifecycle from inception to obsolescence - Identifying product gaps and strategizing to introduce new products - Aligning product positioning with price and performance metrics - Creating and maintaining sales support tools such as presentations, winning guides, catalogs, brochures, demo models, and marketing campaigns - Conducting competitor comparisons and developing region-specific marketing materials - Collaborating with industry experts, partners, consultants, and various internal functions like R&D, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing - Maintaining technical/commercial databases for existing and upcoming products - Enhancing the knowledge of Sales & Service colleagues through training programs - Coordinating with the factory for manufacturing planning and new product ramp-up - Evaluating market size, growth rate, and obtaining necessary certifications for market entry Siemens offers a diverse and inclusive work environment, where over 379,000 minds come together to shape the future in over 200 countries.
