About the Role

Marketplace Lead for Amazon

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves data-driven decisions, and wants to shape the trajectory of a global health brand.

What You’ll Do

• Own

  end-to-end P&L

  for a major Amazon marketplace
• Design and execute

  growth strategies

  to increase sales, profit, and visibility
• Optimize product listings using SEO best practices and conversion principles
• Leverage

  Amazon Ads

  to drive high-ROI campaigns
• Lead

  demand forecasting and inventory planning

• Conduct competitive benchmarking, pricing analysis, and category performance reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, supply chain, finance, and creative teams
• Build strong partnerships with Amazon reps and 3rd-party vendors
• Drive customer delight by analyzing feedback and improving ratings

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven

  P&L ownership

  and accountability
• Deep expertise in

  Amazon Seller Central

  (and ideally Vendor Central)
• Experience scaling

  consumer brands on Amazon (ideally in geographies outside of Amazon)

• Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards, metrics, and modeling
• Strong understanding of

  Amazon Ads, FBA, fulfillment optimization

  , and pricing automation
• Track record of driving growth in

  non-India Amazon markets

  is a big plus
