Job Description

As a Global Key Accounts Manager at Consult to Us, your role will involve managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, driving revenue growth while ensuring client retention. - Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and providing tailored consulting solutions. - Staying updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to provide strategic advice to clients. - Acting as the main point of contact for key clients, resolving any concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Regularly analyzing account performance, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. - Ensuring new clients are onboarded smoothly and well-informed about our services and processes. - Representing the company at industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to build relationships and attract potential key accounts. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in key account management, business consulting, sales, or customer relationship management. - Strong client relationship management and business development skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. - Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or other regional languages is a plus.
