Global Key Account Manager

You will be joining Chai Point (Mountain Trail Foods Pvt Ltd.) as a Key Account Manager - Global based in Bangalore. Your role as a Relationship Manager will involve overseeing Corporate Customers located across South who are utilizing Chai Point Brewing Solutions. Your main responsibilities will include managing the complete customer lifecycle to ensure a satisfactory experience, identifying growth opportunities within existing clientele, educating customers about new products, addressing customer issues, maintaining a low Days of Sales outstanding (DSO), meeting customer requirements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction scores. You will also be tasked with resolving customer problems promptly and liaising with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience. Regular client visits will be part of your routine. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with large global accounts in India, engage with HR and Admin Heads of organizations with regional and national presence, interact with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and other leaders in client finance teams, collaborate closely with department heads and teams, and gain exposure to process improvement initiatives. To excel in this position, you must possess significant experience in handling large accounts, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a minimum of 4+ years of B2B sales and relationship management experience. You should be adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously, have strong multitasking abilities, excellent prioritization skills, effective time management, and a willingness to engage in fieldwork.,
