As the Global IT Operations Director & India Developer Center Site Lead at Wimmer Solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the expansion and efficient operation of technical and business services programs in India. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the India-based delivery organization and provide leadership within the global IT Ops team. You will be instrumental in scaling delivery across multiple Fortune 500 clients, driving substantial ROI for the company. In the role of Global IT Operations Director, you will oversee IT operations, including employee support, key systems and software, and IT spend management. You will maintain and drive licensing operations, focusing on enhancing partnerships with key hyperscaler partners and identifying opportunities with clients. Additionally, you will act as a strategic partner to C-level executives, aligning IT strategies with business objectives and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives. You will create and maintain an IT strategy to power the growth of the managed services firm, develop strategies for infrastructure, disaster recovery, backup, and cybersecurity, and oversee audit activities to demonstrate compliance with client requests. In your role as India Developer Center Site Lead, you will establish and manage a high-caliber Delivery Center for technical resources focused on artificial intelligence, data analytics, application development, and IT support. You will be responsible for locating a suitable facility, managing processes such as employee onboarding and equipment management, setting key performance indicators, managing finances, and coordinating resourcing for engagements. You will also provide guidance and support to the Delivery Center team members, ensuring the center's day-to-day operations run smoothly. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, 12-18 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery with at least 5+ years in leadership roles, proven experience in managing global IT operations teams, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, AI and data analytics frameworks, and relevant certifications such as PMP and ITIL. The ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment are also essential for this role. This position may require travel up to 20% to client sites or global offices.,
