You will also provide guidance and support to the Delivery Center team members, ensuring the center's day-to-day operations run smoothly. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, 12-18 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery with at least 5+ years in leadership roles, proven experience in managing global IT operations teams, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, AI and data analytics frameworks, and relevant certifications such as PMP and ITIL. Required Qualifications: - Understanding of SaaS/subscription-based renewal models, applications, and sales techniques. - Strong negotiation and objection handling skills for value-based contract negotiations at the CXO level. - Ability to work on diverse problems requiring analysis and evaluation of identifiable factors. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MIS (Computer Sciences), or related field. - Experience in Sales Management, Renewal Account Management, or Customer Success with a focus on negotiating contracts.
