Role Overview: You will be the Global Head of Clinical Development & Patient Safety Solutions at Sandoz, ensuring that Clinical Development & Patient Safety stakeholders achieve their goals using technology systems. Your role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their evolving needs, challenges, opportunities, and priorities. As a Stakeholder Success Lead, you will represent the face of Technology to the stakeholder community. Qualification Required: - Experience: - 10-15 years in Clinical Development & Patient Safety engagement or business analyst role. - Proven track record in project management and stakeholder satisfaction. - Management experience in overseeing complex projects. - Ability to lead and mentor a dispersed technology team. - Experience in regulatory environments and stakeholder engagement. - Skills: - Expert knowledge of Clinical Development & Patient Safety processes. - Strong experience in managing IT technologies supporting business capabilities. - Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements. - Track record of implementing digital solutions and leading innovative projects. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. - Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
