Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Manage service operations and technology governance across internal and external interfaces.
  • Lead a team of individual contributors for Core Infrastructure Services, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Oversee a technology stack/platform with limited or no direct people leadership.
  • Contribute to technical architecture activities within the responsible domain.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and contractual compliance.
  • Track service utilization and supplier performance against business expectations.
  • Support recruitment, coaching, and management of a globally distributed technology team.
  • Provide strategic input for service/platform development and roadmap planning.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Stable, compliant, secure, and cost-effective operations measured by availability, performance, and capacity metrics.
  • Responsiveness and recovery speed of critical incidents.
  • Automation-led programmable infrastructure and platform services.

Essential Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • 8–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Proven experience in operations management, project execution, and vendor governance.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Technical proficiency in end-user experience, monitoring, scripting, Nexthink, and Intune.
  • Exposure to automation and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience with end-user device management, Autopilot, and Windows environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable Requirements

  • Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure or device management.
  • Background in IT/Tech industry.
