Global Engineer End User Experience

As a Global Engineer End User Experience (DEX), your primary responsibility will be to configure and maintain the Nexthink platform and similar systems for real-time IT analytics and monitoring. You will be tasked with creating and managing dashboards, reports, and alerts to track IT performance and user experience. Conducting root cause analysis and providing actionable insights to improve IT services will also be a key aspect of your role, along with monitoring and analyzing digital employee experience metrics. Your role will involve identifying and addressing issues that impact employee productivity and satisfaction, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall digital experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and configuring/integrating DEX tools with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security, deploying and managing applications, policies, and updates across devices using DEX and Intune, and ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices. In terms of collaboration and support, you will work closely with IT teams to implement and support DEX initiatives, provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on Nexthink and Intune, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their needs and concerns. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have proven experience with Nexthink and Microsoft Intune. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this position. Preferred skills for this role include experience with other IT management and monitoring tools, knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks, and certification in Nexthink and/or Microsoft Intune.,
