Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on marketing leader to build and scale a global B2B marketing engine. This role blends strategy and executiondriving digital demand generation, partner co-marketing, content leadership, and full-funnel growth across key international markets (Europe, North America, India).

Role & responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

  • Define and manage global value propositions and messaging across cloud, mobility, and logistics.
  • Ensure consistent, differentiated storytelling across regions and product lines.

Demand Generation & MarTech

  • Lead digital-first demand gen campaigns (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, webinars, video).
  • Implement lead scoring, funnel management, and pipeline accountability.
  • Introduce and manage MarTech tools (CRM, CDP, automation, analytics).
  • Create sales enablement content and training resources.

Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Develop co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners (e.g., cloud providers, ISVs).
  • Launch scalable partner programs: enablement, reselling, loyalty.
  • Promote ecosystem success stories through joint marketing efforts.

Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Collaborate with regional GTM teams to tailor marketing by customer segment.
  • Run ABM for enterprise accounts; support product-led growth for SMB/ISVs.
  • Support customer lifecycle and upsell campaigns.
  • Deliver sales readiness assets: decks, animations, product sheets.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Create engaging content: case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos.
  • Position leadership in key industry conversations and events.
  • Lead pre- and post-event marketing strategies.

Team & Capability Building

  • Build and mentor a global marketing team.
  • Promote a fast-paced, test-and-learn culture.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools, automation, and modern MarTech.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 12+ years in B2B marketing leadership (SaaS, cloud, or platform preferred).
  • Strong track record in digital demand gen, MarTech, and partner marketing.
  • Experience balancing global strategy with local execution.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
