PTC is seeking a highly strategic, field-oriented Global Alliances Manager – System Integrators (GSIs) to support and grow partnerships with 4–5 key GSI partners. Based in India, this role is part of the Global Alliances organization and reports directly to the VP, Global System Integrators. The primary mission is to accelerate joint sales motions, strengthen partnership alignment, and expand PTC’s presence within targeted GSI accounts.

This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate confidently within complex stakeholder ecosystems. The ideal candidate has a solid background in sales or business development, preferably within engineering software, global system integrators, or consulting organizations.

Experience Required:

  • 10–15 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or alliance management, with a strong track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Joint Sales Execution

  • Support co-selling initiatives with assigned GSIs, including opportunity identification, qualification, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to ensure alignment on top accounts, pursuits, and strategic opportunities.

Strengthen Partnership Alignment

  • Build trusted, productive relationships with GSI practice leaders, sales teams, alliance managers, and delivery organizations.
  • Facilitate regular cadence calls, QBRs, and joint planning sessions to maintain clear objectives and accountability.

Pipeline Development & Management

  • Develop and maintain a healthy joint pipeline by collaborating with PTC and GSI teams on demand generation, account mapping, and field enablement activities.
  • Track progress, provide insights, and ensure data accuracy within PTC systems.

Field Enablement & Readiness

  • Enable GSI sales and delivery teams on PTC offerings, value propositions, and key use cases through targeted training and resource-sharing.
  • Support new partner hires and ensure they have the tools and knowledge needed to represent PTC effectively.

Program & Initiative Execution

  • Execute global GSI programs locally in India, ensuring consistency, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify local needs and provide feedback to help refine PTC’s global GSI strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with PTC sales, marketing, pre-sales, services, and partner operations to ensure seamless execution of joint activities.
  • Help resolve partner issues and escalate challenges when necessary to keep initiatives on track.

Reporting & Governance

  • Provide regular updates on partner performance, pipeline status, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Contribute to quarterly reviews and internal reporting with clear, data-driven insights.

Market & Partner Insights

  • Stay informed on GSI partner strategies, solution priorities, and competitive movements to advise PTC field teams and influence joint planning.
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities based on partner capabilities and market trends.
